Refund policy
Refunds for Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of the order date, you may be eligible for a refund. To submit a request, contact us at contact@polarhaircare.us with your order number and details.
Refund requests made before the 12 business day window has passed will not be processed. This allows adequate time for carrier delivery, which can occasionally run close to the outer limit of the estimated window.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
