Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. You'll get a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. This timeframe is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package through to delivery.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of the order date, you may be eligible for a refund. To submit a request, contact us at contact@polarhaircare.us with your order number and details.

Refund requests made before the 12 business day window has passed will not be processed. This allows adequate time for carrier delivery, which can occasionally run close to the outer limit of the estimated window.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
